Asifa went above and beyond to ensure little things were addressed by the seller and the home was in move-in condition. She also was very proactive working with our lender to ensure they had everything they would need for a timely close. We would highly recommend Asifa!

Asifa was patient and showed flexible as we were out of state military buyers. She came down from State rd area and worked with us in Fredericksburg. Asifa was extremely responsive throughout the whole negotiation process. She ensured we got all documents in a timely manner and kept communication lines up between us as the buyers and the sellers through the selling agent. She worked tirelessly into the night and on weekends. She made sure all negotiated repairs were completed in a timely manner and that all documents were provided to the lender and title companies for a smooth closing.
